Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms govern globaltechentures.com and the detailing and paint protection services of LLC globaltechentures.com (EDRPOU 16090278), 45 Vasylkivska St, Kyiv, 03022, Ukraine. Under the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015 we publish full identification and contact details before contracting.
2. Booking and cancellation
Bookings are confirmed by our written acceptance. Cancel free of charge at least 24 hours before the agreed time; later cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee for reserved time and materials. Pre-contractual information, including service characteristics, price and complaint procedure, is provided under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in UAH and valid at booking. We may adjust prices before confirmation. Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise.
4. Consumer rights and complaints
Under Law No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023 you have the right to redress. Send complaints to contact@globaltechentures.com or +380 982 352 9845. We reply within 14 days. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
5. Limitation of liability
We are liable for direct damage caused by our fault. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or pre-existing vehicle defects not caused by us. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
6. Intellectual property
All site content, text, images and marks belong to LLC globaltechentures.com or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
7. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data, including cookie identifiers, under the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010. Storing or accessing information on your device requires consent under the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Communications' No. 1089-IX dated 16.12.2020. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Advertising
Performance and comparative claims are identifiable, accurate and substantiated under the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR dated 03.07.1996.
9. Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve disputes amicably. Unresolved disputes go to the competent courts of Ukraine.
