Self-healing film cut to your panels, edges wrapped where the panel allows. Film will not stop every chip, and we say so before you book.
Film specs and coverageA sacrificial layer on corrected paint, applied in two stages with an infrared cure. It changes how the surface behaves, not how thick the paint is.
Coating detail and pricingMachine polishing measured against the remaining clear coat. If the paint is too thin to correct safely, we stop and tell you rather than burn through it.

01PROCESS
Every vehicle moves through the same sequence in the same order. No stage is dropped to shorten a booking, and the bay log records the time each one finished alongside the readings taken at intake.
01Intake and paint depth read40 min
A 24-point grid is read with an ultrasonic gauge before any machine touches a panel. Readings are written onto the job card and handed back to you with the quote.
02Contact wash and iron removal1 h 10
Two-bucket contact wash with a pH-neutral shampoo, then a ferrous fallout remover on the lower panels and wheel arches.
03Mechanical decontamination45 min
Tar removal and a fine clay pass lift bonded grit so the correction stage is not cutting through embedded debris.
04Correction in measured passes4 to 9 h
Panel thickness decides how far we cut. Where the clear coat is too thin to correct safely, the job stops and we tell you before further work.
05Panel prep and solvent wipe50 min
Polishing oils are stripped with an IPA wipe until the surface reads clean, so the film or coating bonds to paint and not to residue.
06Film or coating application3 to 6 h
Patterns are cut and plotted per panel; ceramic coats are levelled and left to flash under controlled bay temperature.
07Infrared cure and inspection2 h
Short-wave infrared lamps accelerate the cure, then a technician walks the vehicle under a 6500K inspection light and signs the job card.

The clear coat is gauged across a 24-point grid, panel by panel, and the readings are written into the quote. If the numbers say the paint is too thin to correct safely, the studio stops there and says so.
