Warranty Policy

1. Warranty provider

globaltechentures.com LLC, 45 Vasylkivska St, Kyiv, 03022, Ukraine, EDRPOU 16090278, provides these warranties. Identification and pre-contractual information follow the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015.

2. Coverage

• Paint protection film: 5 years from installation.
• Ceramic coating: 2 years from application.
• Paint correction: 1 year for workmanship.

3. Exclusions

Not covered: accidents, scrapes, misuse, abrasive or brush car washes, chemical spills, pre-existing paint defects, or failure to follow care instructions.

4. Maintenance

To keep the warranty valid, wash by hand with pH-neutral products, avoid abrasive polishes, and book an annual inspection at our Kyiv studio.

5. Claims

Send a claim via the form below or to contact@globaltechentures.com with photos, service date and vehicle details. We reply within 10 business days. Remedies follow the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.

6. Consumer rights

You may file a complaint and seek redress under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
